Chef Adam graduated from Paul Smith’s College in Saranac Lake in the Adirondack Park with his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Service Management in 2006. Adam immediately joined the team at the Ritz Carlton Washington DC and spent over three years there between two different hotels. He took on a second job as a personal chef with Big City Chefs while in Washington DC. Soon after, Adam took a full-time position with Big City Chefs and made a cross-country move to San Francisco. In 2011, Adam moved back to the east coast to Philadelphia and started working at the Philadelphia Cricket Club as the Chef De Cuisine working between both St. Martins and the Flourtown Campus. His success earned him the Executive Sous Chef position at Huntingdon Valley Country Club. Just three years later, Adam was recruited for his first Executive Chef position to The Hill at Whitemarsh, a luxury retirement community in Lafayette Hill. In his nearly seven years at The Hill, he made numerous improvements, including the design and opening of a high-end a la carte restaurant. In 2021, Adam and his family moved to Bucks County, where they are enjoying setting down roots and participating in community life. Adam founded Chefs For Seniors Bucks County in 2023. In his free time, Adam loves to be with his wife, Mariel, and their two young daughters. He enjoys running, being outdoors, health, nutrition, fitness, and sports.
