With nearly three decades of culinary experience, I’m thrilled to lead the Chefs for Seniors franchise serving the Charlotte & Lake Norman communities. Originally from Boston, I earned my Culinary Arts degree from Newbury College in 1999 and built a career spanning fine dining, restaurant consulting, and personal chef services.
After relocating to Charlotte in 2009, I helped grow Zoës Kitchen’s brand before transitioning to restaurant consulting in 2012. In 2015, I launched my personal chef business while running the Morrison YMCA’s culinary program and teaching cooking classes at Sur la Table and Williams Sonoma.
These experiences deepened my connection to Charlotte and the surrounding areas and fueled my passion for bringing people together through food. Now, as the owner of a Chefs for Seniors franchise, I’m excited to provide seniors with nutritious, personalized meals and to expand the incredible work of the current local chef team, making a meaningful difference in our community.
