Chef Mark Bergman grew up in New York like many Floridians. His 28 year career is flavored with experience in a variety of cuisines, special dietary needs and kitchens. While receiving his formal culinary education in south Florida, he earned a gold and bronze medal in mystery box competition and American Culinary Federation certification in 1999. He went on to hone his chef skills in several cities, including Santa Fe, New Mexico.
His journey took him back to south Florida in 2013, to assist a family member which included preparing meals. This gave him a first hand view of the needs of our senior community and how to meet those needs.
