Owner Alicia Urban has called the Tulsa area home since she was three years old. Her family moved to Tulsa when her father was hired at the University of Tulsa, where he retired from in 2020. Alicia went to The University of Kansas to earn her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Life. She moved back to Oklahoma, where she earned her Masters degree from the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations. Alicia finished out her education with her seminary Masters degree in 2020.
Alicia has worked in ministry for the past 13 years and values creating and cultivating relationship, especially over healthy food. Her personal and professional life has focused on caring for people and helping them access quality meals. Alicia and her husband have three children and one dog.
