Omaha native, Nick Campney’s passion for food began in childhood and led to him leaving his medical school plans to attend culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago in 1999. He has spent his entire 25-year career in the food and beverage space, from managing kitchens of upscale restaurants and resorts to working with the largest retail and food service businesses developing products with the strictest dietary guidelines. From bringing families together and delivering exceptional experiences, he has always been feeding people and enriching lives, yet often left wondering how he could make a more meaningful impact. Therefore, his calling to serve seniors and help them age in place was a natural progression. He and his team of personal chefs visit clients in their own kitchens to prepare delicious, nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs and personal tastes. More than just a meal service, we provide companionship, independence, and peace of mind for seniors and their families.
With a focus on fresh ingredients, customized menus, and personable interaction, Nick & his chefs help clients maintain their health, enjoy their favorite foods, and continue living comfortably at home. Nick has been married for 14 years to his wife, Lenae, who works as a registered nurse. They have 3 children together ages 14, 12, & 11 so when he is not serving the senior population whisking together delicious, healthy, and affordable senior meals you will often find him coaching, cheering, or driving to and from one of his children’s activities.
