Chef Aaron Rudloff literally grew up in the restaurant business. His family owned two restaurants in Northern California. One restaurant (The Steak Factory) specialized in steak and seafood while the other was an ice cream parlor (Wright on Main) that also offered fresh soups, desserts, and sandwiches. Aaron learned every aspect of running a successful restaurant from ice cream to steaks. Growing up in a Sicilian household, he got the inspiration to cook from an early age. He helped make fresh sauces, pastas, and everything Italian with his grandmother Jenny, who was the first generation from Sicily.
Aaron Graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Aaron also had a career in the radio business as a program director.
