Chef Paulette developed her culinary skills in a family of great cooks and chefs, learning the skills of culinary art that led her to the passion for creating signature recipes, sauces, and seasonings.
She has always had a passion for working in environments that fostered the needs of the community or brought healing to the human experience. She has done this as a performing and recording musical artist, gracing stages around the world and after completing her master’s degree in 2012, as founder of her global non-profit organization (see features on Fox 13 News and Cox Radio Station).
A native born Jamaican and New York raised, she was drawn to lead Chefs for Seniors Hillsborough County because of its contagious mission of providing seniors with companionship and NUTRITIOUS food. As a performing artists, who describes her music as soul food, and is used to being in celebratory environments, she is also excited about her chefs serving up love through food for your dinner parties, family events and special occasions. “If you are a member of the Hillsborough County community we are here for your palette.” – Chef Paulette.
