This allows Grant to bring a rare combination of culinary skill and clinical awareness to his work—particularly in preparing heart-healthy, low-sodium, and diabetic-friendly meals.
Grant’s work is also personal. As a caregiver to his elderly mother, he prepares weekly meals tailored to her cardiac and nutritional needs, shaping his belief that food should be comforting, dignified, and customized—never institutional.
