A culinary professional for over 25 years, Chef Maryann Vecchio made her home on the East Coast until relocating to Alabama in 2008. She graduated at the top of her class from The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, PA. Her journey also included studying in France where she developed a passion for her craft.
Throughout her career, Chef Maryann climbed through the kitchen ranks at such prestigious locations as a Harrah’s casino and Dover International Speedway (home of NASCAR). Reaching the pinnacle, she served as Director of Food & Beverage at McWane Science Center in Birmingham before relocating to Madison, AL.
