With 20 years of food service operations and food preparation experience, Mike has worked at several well-respected restaurants, and has spent the last 15 years as Director of Culinary Services for Assisted Living Communities in the greater Boston area. Chef Mike has a reputation for consistently going above and beyond to ensure the quality of his clients’ lives are improved through companionship and improved nutrition. He brings innovative thinking, as well as fresh and healthy ingredients to create dishes that just taste great.
Mike is also certified in memory care for seniors with dementia. Mike is a lifetime resident of the North Shore and he is excited to bring his culinary skills to the seniors in his community.
