Chef Juliet is a Southern California Native. While earning both a Bachelor’s Degree from UC Santa Cruz and Master’s Degree from Chapman University, she worked in the restaurant industry to help pay for her college tuition. Juliet fell in love with the food industry, cooking for others, and making people happy. Now, as a Professional Chef and Certified Culinarian with over fifteen years of experience working in the industry, she considers herself a skilled culinary professional with comprehensive knowledge of various diets and cuisines. Juliet has worked as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Culinary Manager at UC Riverside, and Supervisor of Food Services at Loma Linda University Hospital. Juliet has been living here locally for over 10 years with her husband and two beautiful children. She developed her love for cuisine at a very young age by cooking with her grandmothers. Food means family to her.
