Chef Leonice moved to Charleston four years ago and fell in love with the historic city and the beautiful beaches. Now she is looking for a way to bring together her newfound love of Charleston with her lifelong passion for cooking.
From the woodburning stoves in both her German and Italian grandmothers’ kitchens in South Brazil where she was born and raised, the professional culinary equipment from her formal education at Lê Cordon Blue Culinary Arts school in Chicago, to the stove in the home she shares with her husband – she excels in the kitchen and firmly believes food brings people together and creates memories.
Chef Leonice is excited to start this new journey and be a part of the Chefs for Seniors family, bringing together all her years of culinary experience, her passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that fit all dietary needs and preferences for daily meals or special occasion events.
