Seth Lefberg is passionate about the mission and core values of Chefs For Seniors. After being a caretaker for his own father and dealing with the daily task of handling food, he knew there had to be a better way. After finding Chefs For Seniors, Seth purchased the franchise and brought it out to Central New Jersey so no senior was left without a great source for optimum nutrition. Seth has been working within the senior industry for over a decade as a medical administrator for local doctors’ offices serving the senior population.
Executive Chef James Rosciano has over 20 years of culinary experience in various settings including high end restaurants, high volume caterers and assisted living facilities. As caretaker of his own senior parents James is very knowledgeable and sensitive to the dietary needs and restrictions necessary to maintain both a healthy and nutritious diet for seniors.
