Chef Luisa has always been passionate about serving her community and cooking for those she loves. In her younger years, she volunteered for Meals-on-Wheels, bringing meals to senior citizens’ homes, and organizing canned food drives for those in need. After starting college, she quickly realized she wanted to follow her passion and enrolled in the French Culinary Institute in New York City. Upon graduating in 2006, she began working in various kitchens and restaurants such as LÉcole, Jolis, and The Jake Walk. She then opened her own catering business before relocating to Georgia. Using her skills and experience, she opened a restaurant in Lithonia, Georgia, for many years. Throughout her career, she grew a desire to learn cooking styles from all cultures. She began traveling the world by closing the restaurant to learn different cuisines and cooking techniques. Chef Luisa brings over 20 years of experience and various cooking styles to our team.
