Chef Bill Springer is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and brings decades of culinary experience to the table. Throughout his career, he has had the honor of cooking for the King and Queen of Sweden, U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford, and many other celebrities. His exceptional skills have earned him Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals in ACF culinary competitions, and he even starred in his own TV show, Bill’s Bow Hunting Adventures.
Bill has served as the chef for First Baptist Church Naples for five years and North Naples United Methodist Church for ten years. A Master Mason at Cypress Lodge No. 295 F&AM Naples, Bill is also one of the founding members of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Collier County Chapter.
Constantly expanding his culinary repertoire, Bill continues to challenge himself, ensuring that each meal he prepares is a delightful experience.
