A graduate of culinary and business programs in Lyon, France, he brings 35 years of exceptional dining expertise — and a lifelong passion for Mediterranean cuisine — to everything he does.
Many Coachella Valley residents remember Christophe as the chef-owner of Clementine’s, his celebrated local restaurant that earned top honors on Yelp and TripAdvisor for many years running. Beloved for its beauty, warmth, and one-of-a-kind dining experience — rooted in the vibrant, healthy flavors of the Mediterranean — it left a lasting impression that people in the valley still talk about today. That motto was never just a tagline; it was a reflection of who Christophe is.
