Chef Dave graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an associate degree in culinary arts. He has worked in the industry for 30+ years. Constantly learning and evolving in his track, he has worked at some top hotels, restaurants, banquets, and senior living communities. While working he is a member of the American Culinary Federation as a treasure since 1995 in the Philadelphia area. I have also been on the education committee, financials, and budgets and have participated in the planning of events and cost evaluations.
Dave is excited for the next chapter in his culinary career as chef-owner of Chefs for Seniors Franchise in Lower Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
