Chef Gloria Felix is a native of Southern California and graduated from the prestigious California School of Culinary Arts- Le Cordon Bleu Program in 2001. From there, she has worked behind the stoves of many of the top restaurants in Los Angeles, including Vida, Lucques, AOC, Grace, and Jar. She counts some of L.A.’s preeminent chefs as her mentors, Particularly Chefs Suzanne Goin of Lucques, AOC, Tavern and Neil Fraser of Grace and Redbird. Additionally, Chef Felix earned her certification in Authentic Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN)- the art of pizza cooked in a wood-burning oven according to an –old culinary tradition. She trained with Pepe Miele of Antica Pizzeria, the only Los Angeles member of the VPN. Chef Felix was also the on-camera Sous Chef to Gordon Ramsay on the reality hit show Hell’s Kitchen for two seasons, as well as behind the scenes Sous Chef on Kitchen Nightmares. Chef Felix was the owner and Executive Chef at Reservoir Restaurant. She also had the opportunity to serve the community of Altadena as the Senior Executive Chef overseeing three restaurants on the property of MonteCedro Independent Living Community and worked as the Research and Development Chef for Everytable developing prepacked meals ready to heat and serve.
Pam Dodough is also a native of Southern California and received her Bachelor’s in Economics from UCLA and her MBA, with a specialization in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Chapman University. She’s worked in various leadership roles in finance and marketing, including Tech, Non-Profit, but specializes in the Food & Beverage industry. She successfully launched a Gourmet Food Truck Operation in 2013.
