From recipes handed down from generation to generation to general healthy eating, Leon has always wanted to put his twist on things. After graduating from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, he began his hospitality career working for some of the best full-service, luxury, and lifestyle hotel management companies.
Leon focuses on balancing nutrition with full flavor and the overall wellness of his clients. He will work with you and your family to find the right entrées for your enjoyment.
He looks forward to serving seniors, veterans, and those with disabilities in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas.
