Alicia grew up in a small community in Johnston County, NC surrounded by the love of her large family, which included her great grandmother, two grandmas, and her grandfather. Her love of food and her Grandparents is what led Alicia to becoming a part of the Chefs for Seniors family.

In her professional life, Alicia is a banking professional with over 15 years in the financial industry. She graduated from East Carolina University (ECU) in 2007 with a BSBA in Accounting; and later obtained a MS in Human Resource Management from Sullivan University in 2010. Alicia is excited to start this new journey in her life, and plans on bringing the innumerable amount of skills she obtained in banking to her Chefs for Seniors franchise.

Rosa Williams

Rosa was raised by her beloved grandmother in North Carolina, which gave her an insider view of the joys and challenges that come with aging. Although her beloved grandmother has passed, Rosa will continue to honor her legacy by using those grandma-given cooking skills to help Seniors maintain their independence and nutrition. Rosa completed her undergraduate education, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations, concentrating in International Business at American University in Washington, DC. Later she completed an MBA on a full-ride scholarship at the University of Phoenix. Rosa has over 10 years of Corporate experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. Prior to making the transition to the corporate world, she was a Director of Career Services at a college that trained healthcare professionals.
