Our team of chefs are all of professional standard, with years of experience and technique – our team effort is to improve Seniors’ lives through food and friendship.
Val and Kev met in the Caribbean 25 years ago and embarked on a career journey around the globe managing numerous 5-star resorts, restaurants, luxury yachts and estates in the Caribbean, South Pacific and Indo-Pacific. Val is a passionate, award winning, classically trained Cordon Bleu Chef and Sommelier – and Kev is also a talented chef with a passion for seafood & BBQ!
