Chef Rich Phillips grew up in a rural part of Nebraska on a family farm. Some of my fondest memories were being in the Kitchen with my Grandmother and Mother watching them and helping them prepare meals for a large family when not out working on the farm.
My career was in the Dairy/Cheese Industry/Manufacturing/Importing for 20 years. I was fortunate enough to work along side manufacturing developing new cheese profiles, tasting cheeses, working with Culinary teams to develop menu items incorporating Cheese into menus and applications. I have had exposure to the King of Cheeses “Parmigiana Reggiano” along with Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano and some of the best soft cheese through out Italy and the World. My domestic cheese experience is extensive as well.
My team of talented chefs and I view food as a universal language of Love, fellowship along with health and nutrition. My passion in helping those that engage this service are not only to provide healthy, nutritious and palate pleasing meals.
