I've had a career that has enabled me to learn many different food styles and venues. I was classically trained at the Le Cordon Bleu and trained with the very best in the industry. I was fortunate to travel and cook in many places that not only taught to me to cook but that made me a chef. Food inspires me everyday. It's the way I make my living, the way I relax and the way I relate to friends and family. For me the making of a meal is more than chopping or dicing. It's a way of bringing passion into a home. I believe that a great meal does more than nourish the body it also gives the soul a chance to live and breathe.
